Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions within 1-2 business days.
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Send your package to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Refunds will appear on your statement based on your financial institution’s processing times
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Non-Returnable Items
